Who qualifies for Affordable Housing?

Each region has their own specific criteria however the general requirements are as follows:

- You must be a first time buyer i.e. you do not own a home already
- You must have been in full-time employment for at least 1 year
- If you are single, you must have earned less than c. €50,000 during the previous tax year
- If you are 2 people, you must have earned less than c.€75,000 together in total during the previous tax year
